With 27 years in the dental field, 15 years of supervision of a team of 20, and the construction of a new clinic in 2008, Karinne has demonstrated leadership, organizational, and structural skills. Always with a focus on career and professional development, she decided it was time to found the first dental consulting agency in the Ottawa region, which is now known as Dental Vision. She also organized the clinic’s kiosk for the Outaouais Women’s Show for more than 6 years.

Her mission as an entrepreneur is to offer her academic services to clinics and dental practices that need help in marketing, periodontal programming, new patient experience, and more. With its relationship and personal development services, Dental Vision ensures balance both technically and emotionally.
